Constipation Isn’t Just “Annoying”—It’s a Sign Something’s Off
Let’s talk about a topic most people avoid—constipation.
Having a bowel movement only once or twice a week is not normal. Your body is designed to eliminate waste daily. When that doesn't happen, it means something deeper is going on.
It's time to stop masking symptoms and start addressing the root causes.
What’s Really Causing Constipation?
Here are some of the most common and overlooked contributors to sluggish bowels:
- Food-Related Triggers
Gluten and dairy (casein) are often problematic, especially in sensitive individuals. Mold-contaminated foods like grains, coffee, and peanuts can also be disruptive. Mold toxins interfere with the gut lining and reduce motility. - Nervous System Dysfunction
